In connection with a job application or enquiry, whether advertised on an NIS Website or otherwise, you may provide us with information about yourself such as a Curriculum Vitae. NIS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If NIS learns that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems.

In providing our customers with solutions, NIS uses suppliers and partners located in the UK or with International presence.

From time to time, we may disclose information that identifies you at an individual level to fulfil a business process or information request. We will only do so with your prior consent. We do not sell such information.

Please be aware that in certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure to government agencies pursuant to judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
